All youth are required to arrive with a valid identity card such as a nida, driver’s license, voter ID or passport.This helps policy makers and donors understand if policies are having a positive impact and compare results across countries and over time.

When they are in Dodoma, they will participate in a special three-day workshop before going to training centres. Throughout the training the government will cover accommodation, food and training costs. All young people are also required to provide for personal necessities including sheets and sports clothing.
